Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and shipping for some orders sourced from overseas manufacturers can take anywhere between 5-25 business days to arrive to you, although be aware you may receive your package before/after then.

Some custom made orders, including those items in the store which are made using our luxury 100% Racoon fur, may have a longer processing time of up to 7-14 days before the order is dispatched due to the sourcing and curation process of the garment. However, please be advised that items may arrive a few days before or after the delivery date. 

It is completely normal for some items to arrive separately but feel free to check in with us if there is anything missing.

In the current light of the delays and disruptions to postal services due Covid-19, please be patient and feel free to get in touch with us and have a chat if your order has been affected.

For your own peace of mind it is recommended to opt for the tracked delivery option at checkout as Baby Saint is not responsible for any packages which may become lost in transit.

Baby Saint does not accept liability for any tariffs or customs duties payable, this is the responsibility of the purchasing customer.
